The Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the College operates according to the national system for crisis management in three stages as follows:
Role and tasks of the unit committees
First: Safety and Work Environment Security Committee
Tasks of the committee
- Preparing protection and safety plans for the College
- Developing emergency and evacuation plans with the implementation of scenarios that simulate how to act in the event of a crisis
- Ensuring the functionality and compliance of firefighting systems and their compliance with specifications and securing the College
- Continuous communication and cooperation with the Defense and Civil Protection Unit at the university and holding training sessions
Second: Development, Awareness and Media Committee Tasks of the committee
- Working to spread awareness of safety and security issues through seminars and educational lectures
- Preparing educational courses related to implementing and applying the specifications contained in the Defense and Civil Protection regulations for various activities at the College
-Enhancing the efficiency of the unit’s employees and encouraging them to attend specialized training sessions
- Providing accurate information and data within a framework of complete transparency
Third: Occupational Health and First Aid Committee Tasks of the committee
- Preparing preventive programs
- promoting health awareness, throughout the college community
