Center for Legal Research, Consultation and Legal Training

Objectives and specializations of the center:

• Conducting field legal research and studies needed by universities and other bodies.
• Providing an opinion and legal advice on what it is asked to express an opinion on.
• Spreading the general legal culture by issuing booklets that include an introduction to the ordinary citizen of the most important provisions in the various laws.
• Professional legal training for Faculty of Law graduates and students by organizing training and research courses to link theoretical studies and practical life in a way that is compatible with the needs of the state and the various legal professions.
• All other activities that the Center’s Board of Directors deem to achieve the goals of bringing legal culture closer to the masses.
• All other activities and legal studies needed by universities and other bodies, by seeking assistance from university professors and experts, as well as cooperation with other various research centers.
• Preparing legal studies regarding draft laws and legal issues of national importance.
• Carrying out advocacy and legal work in various civil, criminal, administrative and other cases that natural persons need.
• Providing legal opinions and consultations to the university and its units.
• Drafting civil and commercial contracts and incorporation contracts for companies and various national and foreign entities and bodies.
• Organizing seminars to spread general legal culture related to legal topics of special importance
• Organizing specialized courses that address integrated legal topics, and enrollment in them may be limited to Faculty of Law graduates who practice specific professions.
• Organizing training sessions for foreigners to familiarize them with Egyptian law in its origins and basic principles. Enrollment in them can be either individually or in the form of scholarships provided by the bodies to which the students follow.

• Formulating the policy and provisions of electronic stores.
• Corporate governance.
• Formulating work regulations.
